IVI arrived in Las Palmas 10 years ago with the hope of helping all the Canarian women who could not fulfill their dream of starting a family. During this time, more than 3,000 patients have placed their trust in our hands, something of which we cannot be more proud.
Stories of strength, improvement, teamwork … during these years we have lived hundreds of precious stories with our patients that have left us the best possible gift: the birth of more than 2,000 babies as a result of the desire of our patients and work of our entire team from gynecologists, embryologists, nurses and patient care staff, not forgetting the state-of-the-art laboratories in our clinics that guarantee the best rates and safety in all assisted reproduction treatments.
For the celebration of the 10th anniversary we wanted to bring together our true reason for being: our patients and their little ones, in a meeting in which we have been able to enjoy and remember these stories of which we are so proud.
The meeting has had children’s performances and has also served to instill values of respect for the environment in the little ones with various workshops in which they have learned how to plant and care for plants for their future use in the reforestation of forests. In addition, as a result of these workshops, € 3,000 have been raised that the clinic has donated to the Foresta Foundation destined for the reforestation of the forests affected this past summer in Gran Canaria.
As a company, IVI is fully committed to the environment, as demonstrated by our Corporate Social Responsibility programs. Both the company and the workers are aware that we have a great commitment to try to make a better and more sustainable world and to try to leave our small legacy in this regard.
On the occasion of our first 10 years we did not want to miss the opportunity to return, in part, all the love that we have received throughout these years from Canarian society, so we do our bit so that our forests be as green as possible again and that the little ones can enjoy them in the near future is something that fills all of us who are part of the clinic with enthusiasm.
