The uncertainty caused by the situation has generated some anxiety and concern, for this reason returning to resume our routines or the reins of our life helps us to maintain a positive attitude and reinforce our self-esteem. Of course, always following the safety and hygiene recommendations indicated by the experts.
Each or each family will have a list of priorities, however, there is a series of activities that can be common to everyone.
- To meet again with our family, friends and close people: Visits to other people can begin from phase I of de-escalation, always following the recommendations established for each stage. During this period we have put aside: meals, meetings, birthdays, etc., that little by little we can resume.
- Receive spring as it deserves: one of the best moments of spring is being able to go out to the fields or see how nature flourishes. On this occasion, he has caught us isolated inside our homes. Once the de-escalation begins, from phase I, you will be able to go out in small groups for walks in the countryside -in the same province in this phase-. Walking in the countryside, the mountains, the beach or other outdoor places strengthens our body, although we must be careful with allergies.
- Hug your loved ones: The hug is an act of affection, a demonstration of closeness and happiness, and it is also an act that transmits energy, helps to calm us down, reduces our stress and offers us a sense of security and protection that we need these days. However, this emotionally healthy act cannot be carried out until the risk of contagion disappears. We may have to wait for the last de-escalation phase.

- Reschedule appointments: during confinement all those medical or other consultations that we had scheduled and that were not urgent have had to be canceled: child check-ups, visits to the dentist, cosmetic consultations, visits to the physiotherapist, etc. Now that we have started the de-escalation, new appointments can be started, not all health centers are available, it is best to call and ask when the visit can be scheduled again.
- Plan activities for the summer: It is true that we are still not sure what type of tourism we will be able to do this summer, but we can already see what types of security measures are going to be taken in some places and make a list of possible destinations with different alternatives. Organizing activities helps us keep our minds active.
- Help the local economy: During this situation, businesses have had to close and the owners have seen their income reduced. It is possible that after so long at home you need to buy clothes, shoes, go to the hairdresser, etc. From phase I, businesses can start to open with certain restrictions, going out to buy and re-activating the economy of these traders will be a great help.
