Living Guide With Migraine

Many patients with migraine are physically and psychologically restricted during an attack. Although it will not completely relieve the attacks, you do not want your friend, spouse, child to be with him on his special day, while doing a very important job, you do not want the migraine to restrict you. In order to overcome migraine attacks a little more, delay and decrease them, you must first accept this disease. Then, organizing your life for migraines, from your diet to what you carry in your bag, helps to alleviate attacks;

  1. Stay away from heavily scented perfumes.
  2. Make sure you carry your sunglasses with you, as bright lights are also the trigger.
  3. Do not miss the pain medication you use for migraine from your bag.
  4. Try not to consume chocolate and foods with excessive sugar.
  5. Get regular sleep.
  6. When hungry for a long time, this will trigger your migraine pain, so do not skip meals or keep something for snacks with you.
  7. Don’t forget to drink water.
  8. Do not tire your body too much.
  9. If you are working at the computer, take frequent breaks and look away from the screen.
  10. If you have been sedentary during the day, add a 30–40 minute walk to this day.
  11. Consume foods and drinks such as vegetable soup, vegetable puree, celery, boiled egg, pear, apple, kiwi, chamomile tea and lemon balm in your usual diet.
